The Nitro-V stainless steel blade features a stiff spine and a thin edge with a full-convex grind. The handle's smooth contours and high polish make a statement in the kitchen knife block and are comfortable in the hand. Choose between three different stabilized handle woods, paired with a bronze spacer and a phenolic composite bolster. Or if you prefer a clean, modern look, pick your favorite color of Richlite.

Nitro-V steel is a popular alloy that is rust resistant, holds a keen and durable edge, and is easy to sharpen. These knives will stay shiny throughout many years of regular use. Hand wash and dry after use to keep the handle in good condition.
