This gyuto, titled "Continuity," has a powerful presence and one of my favorite handle designs to-date. Facets and ridges that flow into one another create visual tension and reveal the opulent figure in the tropical hardwood burl handle. The bold mosaic Damascus blade was forged from 15N20 and 80CRV2 steel with a full-convex grind and an integral bolster. The tang on this knife extends all the way through the handle, and the spacers are Richlite and stainless steel.
