From mincing scallions and herbs to slicing a lime at your cocktail bar, you will keep finding reasons to break out your trusty Farmstead kitchen utility blade. This little knife excels in tight quarters or wherever you need to maximize your precision and control. The blade is convex-ground from Nitro-V stainless steel for a combination of edge retention, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening, with a razor-thin edge.

Choose between three different stabilized handle woods, paired with a bronze spacer and a phenolic composite bolster. Or if you prefer a clean, modern look, pick your favorite color of Richlite.

Richlite is a composite material made from recycled paper and resin. It is durable and water resistant. Visit the Richlite company directly to learn more about their product.

Because wood is a natural material, there is variation in the figure and color even within the same species. If you require a very specific color or figure, please feel free to contact me directly, and I will do my best to get you what you need.
