Lifeblood

Lifeblood is a  knife that I made for the 2025 Art Knife Invitational show. It is designed to represent the vibrance of life.

Lifeblood was forged from a single piece of twisted, pattern-welded steel in 15N20 and 80CRV2 alloys. The handle is pierced and carved in an abstract branching form, and the outside of the handle presents four raised inlays in 24K gold.
